3 course set meal. Choice from Lashmars set menu (See below)

The menu is Mediterranean-inspired and offers both classical and new twists on fresh ingredients.
(NOTE: Hesperia Hotel was sold to Crimson Hotels Group in October and at the moment they are undergoing the process of rebranding the Hotel to DoubleTree by Hilton by middle of January. The Restaurant will keep the same name, 2 bridge place. The hotel will go under refurbishment in separate phases. Restaurant and bar area will be the first to be refurbished. The works will take approximately one and an half months to be completed (around end of jan 2012). In the meantime they have reserved one area on their private dining floor, located on the hotel mezzanine level, were costumers will be welcome to have dinner. The opening times will remain the same, same with the menu offers. The hotel reception will continue to operate on the ground floor so they will be able to direct costumers. )
