"ROMEO AND JULIET" THE FRENCH MUSICAL AT PICCADILLY FROM 12TH OCT 02

It is now confirmed that Romeo and Juliet, the French musical by Gerard Presgurvic, with English language lyrics by Don Black & David Freeman, will open at the Piccadilly Theatre on 4th Nov 02, following previews 15th Oct 02, and booking to 15th Feb 03. (Booking is now open!!)

This will be Don Black's second musical currently playing in the West End has he also wrote the lyrics for "Bombay Dreams" which is currently playing at the Apollo Victoria Theatre.

This show premiered Palais des Congrès in Paris in January 2001 and was a huge success. The album from the French show went on to sell over a million and spawned several No. 1 singles
