Another Country transfers to Trafalgar Studios 26 March

The Chichester Festival Production of Another Country by Julian Mitchell, transfers to The Trafalgar Studios 1 Theatre, opening 3 April 2014, following previews from 26 Mar - booking to 21 June 2014.

Directed by Jeremy Herrin and designed by Peter Mckintosh, the play had a run at Chichester last year 18 Sep - 19 Oct 2013. The cast includes Will Attenborough (Judd), Cai Brigden (Delahay), Rob Callender (Bennett), Mark Donald (Devenish), Dario Coates (Sanderson), Bill Milner (Wharton), James Parris (Menzies), Mark Quartley (Barclay), Julian Wadham (Vaughan Cunningham)

What would lead a man to betray his country? What would lead a boy to betray his friends? Another Country follows a company of public schoolboys through a summer term in the early 1930s where Bennett and Judd are both outsiders; one coming to terms with his homosexuality, the other already a committed Marxist. But the Establishment has traditional ways of dealing with rebels and when a scandal rocks the school, the young men must confront their beliefs and make choices which will have a momentous impact on their lives and on the future of their country.
