Stars from Strictly Come Dancing in Dance 'Til Dawn


Dance 'Til Dawn, a new dance show with Strictly Come Dancing stars Vincent Simone and Flavia Cacace, directed by Karen Bruce, opens at the Aldwych Theatre on 3 Nov 2014, following previews from 23 Oct - for a limited ten week run to 3 Jan 2015. Tickets will be on sale later on this month.

The show is a mix of musical theatre, dance, romance and comedy, and is set in 1940's Los Angeles. In the midst of a Hollywood film shoot leading man Bobby Burns is murdered and a romance develops between beautiful starlet Sadie Strauss, played by Flavia Cacace, and her handsome lover Tony DeLuca, played by Vincent Simone. As a plot to frame Tony DeLuca unfolds, the duo use their flawless footwork and spellbinding choreography to Tango and Quickstep their way out of trouble and into each otherís arms.

Dance 'Til Dawn has book by Ed Curtis, set design by Morgan Large, lighting by James Whiteside, sound by Richard Brooker and costume by Vicky Gill. The choreographers are Karen Bruce, Flavia Cacace, Vincent Simone. Produced by Adam Spiegel Productions.

Vincent Simone and Flavia Cacace, who have been dancing together for twenty years, are former dance world champions. They have both appeared in several series of BBC TVís Strictly Come Dancing and have previously appeared on stage together across the UK in Midnight Tango, which they launched in 2010. Dance 'Til Dawn will also tour the UK following its run at the Aldwych.
