Gertrude’s Secret
By Benedick West, directed by Andrew Loudon. Cast includes Prunella Scales, Natalie Cassidy.What exactly is Gertrude’s terrible secret? And what is the dreadful fate of 10-year-old Emily, stranded alone in a seedy Amsterdam hotel room?

22 April to 4 May
The Fall & Rise of Lenny Smallman
written by and starring Richard Lumsden It is directed Matthew Ashforde, designed by Simon Scullion, lighting by Alistair Grant, sound by Richard Brooker.Tells of the travels and turbulence in the life of a struggling musician as he tries to follow in the footsteps of his heroes – including icon music and style icon David Bowie.

Tell Me… Lies
by Carole-Anne Le Foll, produced by Sudden Productions. Starring Sally Day (Abi), Eleanor Samson (Emma), Carole Weyers (Fleur), Jonathan Taylor (Derek), Sean Carrigan (Matt). Combines physical theatre, drama and surrealism. The play introduces us to Abi, a young woman whose mother has just died. Abi is totally our of control., yet despite her increasingly bizarre and antisocial behaviour her sister refuses to let her move out and on - the question is why?

Zameen
by Kali Theatre. Shows the devastating effect of globalization on a Punjabi farmer, his land and family. This topical work explores the human reality of a major global issue that will ultimately affect us all.
