Dick Whittington panto at Rosemary Branch 18 Dec

Charles Court Opera presents Dick Whittington a pantomime, at the Rosemary Branch Theatre, a fringe venue in Islington, north London from 18 Dec 2009 to 10 Jan 2010.

Directed by John Savournin, designed by James Perkins, musical director James Young.

The Cast includes Rosie Strobel (Dick Whittington), John Savournin ( Sarah the Cook ), Sebastian Valentine (King Rat), Kevin Kyle ( Idle Jack), Simon Masterton-Smith (Alderman Fitzwarren), Lydia Jenkins & Sarah Borges (Fairy Bow Bells).

The cast of singers, actors, opera stars and music theatre moonlighters, accompanied by The Eaton-Young Piano Duo and the sound of Bow Bells, scour the streets of olde London towne in search of gold (fat chance) and come up with a cartload of musical delights and hosed down jokes salvaged from those rat filled sewers.
