Noel Sullivan 'Galileo' in We Will Rock You 20 Feb 2012

Noel Sullivan takes over the role of 'Galileo' in We Will Rock You at Dominion Theatre from 20 Feb 2012 to late October 2012.

Noel Sullivan, who is best known from the band Hear’Say, has performed the role of 'Galileo' over 300 times in the UK national tour of the show. His other West End credits include 'Danny'in Grease at the Piccadilly Theatre in 2009/10.

Sullivan joins an on-going cast which includes Lauren Samuels as Scaramouche, Brenda Edwards as Killer Queen, Kevin Kennedy as Pop, Rachel John as Meat, Alasdair Harvey as Khashoggi, and Wayne Robinson as Britney.

We Will Rock You , which opened at the Dominion theatre 14 May 2002, following previews from 26 April 2002, has songs by Queen, book and direction by Ben Elton. Choreographed by Arlene Phillips, designed by Mark Fisher, lighting by Willie Williams.

We Will Rock You does not chronicle the story of the band, Queen, rather it incorporates the songs of the rock group. The time is the future. Globalisation is complete. Everywhere, the kids watch the same movies wear the same fashions and think the same thoughts. It's a safe happy, Ga Gaworld. Unless your a rebel. Unless you want rock. On Planet Mall all musical instruments are banned. The company computers generate the tunes and everyone downloads them. But resistance is growing. Legend persists that somewhere on Planet Mall instruments still exist......
