"PHANTOM OF THE OPERA" NOW BOOKING TO 22nd FEB 03

Phantom of the Opera, has announced a new booking period covering performances to 22nd Feb 03 at Her Majesty's Theatre. (***Bookings for Groups 15 or more booking to 19th Dec 03)

Also, the show has announced a change in performance times from 6th Jan 03. The Evening performances will start 15 minutes earlier at 7.30pm. The matinee performance will move from Wednesday at 3pm to Tuesdays at 2.30pm, and the Saturday matinee moves forward 30 minutes to 2.30pm.

This long running musical has been playing in London since 1986. Directed by Harold Prince, it has music by Andrew Lloyd Webber and lyrics by Charles Hart .

This musical is based on Gaston Leroux's gothic novel of life beneath the stage of the Paris Opera House. The story concerns a mysterious masked man who falls in love with one of the singers called 'Christine'.

The cast currently features John Owen-Jones (The Phantom) , Bruce Montague (Monsier Firmin') , Jeremy Secomb (Piangi), Celia Graham (Christine') Katrina Murphy will play 'Christine at certain performances, Robert Finlayson (Raoul), Liz Robertson (Madame Giry), Nan Christie (Carlotta), Robert Irons (Monsieur Andre) Hayley Driscoll (Meg).
