Shakespeare's Globe Exhibition tells the story of William Shakespeare's
workplace and of the extensive research which has gone into the design and
authentic reconstruction of this 'Wooden O'. A VISIT TO THE EXHIBITION
INCLUDES A GUIDED TOUR OF THE GLOBE THEATRE. Discover what an Elizabethan
audience would have been like. Find out about the rivalry between the
Bankside theatres, the bear baiting and the stews. Hear about the penny
stinkards and find out what a bodger is.

The exhibition is open daily from 10am to 5pm in the winter and 9am to 12noon during Theatre Season (Groups are required to book
in advance to guarantee entry)
