David Eldridge’s new play Beginning is set to transfer to the West End following a sell-out run in the Dorfman at the National Theatre. Directed by Polly Findlay, the two-hander stars Justine Mitchell and Sam Troughton as Laura and Danny and is set in the hours after party at Lucy’s house. It will transfer to the Ambassadors Theatre - where Stomp has been running for over a decade - and will run from 15th January to 24th March 2018, with an official opening night on 23rd January. Tickets are now on sale.
It’s been a long time since there’s been such a buzz of excitement at the Ambassadors Theatre. The faithful home of West End favourite Stomp for 11 and a half years, it’s time to breathe some new life into the boards. And what better way than with a transfer of David Eldridge’s sell-out play, Beginning.
