The Brothers Size

The Brothers Size

The Young Vic and Actors Touring Company present an eagerly anticipated revival of The Brothers Size by Tarell Alvin McCraney - the Academy Award-winning writer of "Moonlight".  Ritual and reality intertwine in this acclaimed drama, in which the African-American working class meets Yoruba mythology as the Brothers Size reconnect after a spell in prison.

The Brothers Size is a deeply moving fable about the rarely spoken bond between brothers.

Tarell Alvin McCraney is best known for writing the Academy Award-winning film "Moonlight". However, before his meteoric rise to stardom as part of the infamous "Best Picture" debacle at the close of this year's Oscars ceremony, the Young Vic produced his play The Brothers Size back in 2007. Now, the Young Vic teams up with Actors Touring Company to present an eagerly anticipated revival of McCraney's drama.
