Clarke Peters' musical Five Guys Named Moe has extended its run in London at the new Marble Arch Theatre.

The musical follows Nomax, who has just been let by his girlfriend and finds solace in his radio when five guys appear in his room and console him with the music of 1950s jazz musician Louis Jordan.

It is now booking in London until 24th March 2018.

Five Guys Named Moe, which opened in September, is directed by Peters and has choreography by Andrew Wright, and takes place in the specially designed theatre inspired by 1940s New Orleans jazz bars.

The cast for the musical includes: Edward Baruwa (Nomax), Ian Carlyle (Four-Eyed Moe), Dex Lee (Know Moe), Idriss Kargbo (Little Moe), Timothy Martin (Big Moe) and Emile Ruddock (Eat Moe).

Five Guys Named Moe features some of Jordan's best-known songs such as "Choo, Choo, Ch'boogie", "Saturday Night Fish Fry", "Is You Is or Is You Ain't Ma' Baby" and the title track, "Five Guys Named Moe".

When the production opened, it received a number of positive reviews, including a four-star write-up from LondonTheatre.co.uk, which said "if this isn't a show that gets you singing along or tapping your toes on the Tube home, I doubt much will."

Five Guys Named Moe is at the Marble Arch Theatre until 24th March 2018.
