Casting announced for One for Sorrow at the Royal Court
Directed by James Macdonald, the play is about a 20-year old called Imogen who joins a campaign offering refuge to victims of an attack on London. John arrives - despite Imogen not consulting her family, who see their visitor as direct danger.
One for Sorrow will star Kitty Archer, Pearl Chanda, Neil Dudgeon, Irfan Shamji and Sarah Woodward.
Neil Dudgeon has appeared in a number of Royal Court productions including Blasted, Bliss and Road. His other theatre credits include The Homecoming (Almeida), Yerma and Closer (both National Theatre).
Sarah Woodward’s is currently appearing in the West End production of Quiz, in which she plays the defence lawyer. Her work at the Royal Court includes Jumpy, Love & Information and Presence.
Kitty Archer will make her professional stage debut in the play.
