New character portraits of the incoming West End cast of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child  have been released.

The play has been running at the Palace Theatre in the West End since June 2016, and as the original West End cast a spell over Broadway, the London production welcomes its third cast.

As previously announced, the new cast members include Jamie Ballard as Harry Potter, Susie Trayling as his wife Ginny, and Joe Idris-Roberts as their son Albus. Jonathan Case makes his professional stage debut as Scorpius Malfoy with James Howard continuing as father Draco.

Thomas Aldridge and Helen Aluko continue as Ron Weasley, Rose Granger-Weasly respectively, joined by Nicola Alexis as Hermione Granger. Click here to read more about the new cast.

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child opened at the Palace Theatre in 2016 to a string of five-star reviews, including one from Mark Shenton for LondonTheatre.co.uk, who said the production "could inspire and encourage a whole new generation to make theatre part of their lives."

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is booking at the Palace Theatre until 7th April 2019.
