Transferring to the West End from the Young Vic, The Jungle could be the most important play in London, painting a portrait of the Calais refugee camp and the crisis it is coupled with. On World Refugee Day, we were offered a sneak peek at the show, as well as a chance to talk to its writers, campaigners, and producers - Sonia Freidman and David Lan.

They spoke of how pertinent the play is, and why they decided to remodel the Playhouse Theatre to recreate the immersive, intimate atmosphere of the original production. You can watch the video below.

The Jungle is at the Playhouse Theatre until 3rd November

The Jungle tickets are available now.
