We will normally respond with availability and seat numbers within a few hours . If you accept the tickets offered you will have 3 days for your payment to reach us via our secure form.

Notes
(1) We are a founder member of STAR (Society of Ticket Agents and Retailers) - a self-regulatory body operating within guidelines - so you can buy with confidence!
(2) All our prices include a standard agency booking fee, which is 25% above the price you would pay if you bought the tickets in person at the theatre itself.
(3) Lashmars ticket agency is now almost unique in that all bookings are on a personal basis - we currently do not offer a 'live' real time booking engine. Instead, one requests tickets by an online form or email. Then if you want the tickets you pay by our secure web page.
(4) We normally confirm availability within a few hours on a weekday and 12 - 36 hours on weekends
(5) You can pay with a credit card by using our Secure Form or you can fax or phone your credit card details. NOTE: Only use the Secure Form, Tel or Fax with your card details after we have confirmed availability!
(6) After sending you confirmation of availability and seat numbers, we shall reserve the tickets for you up to 3 working days, giving time for your payment to reach us.
(7) Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
(8) We do not post tickets overseas. However, we can hold them for you at the theatre box office for you to collect. (You must show your credit card when collecting tickets - if someone is collecting on your behalf please email for advice!)
(9) Cast changes can happen at short notices, plus cast holidays and illness, therefore we are unable guarantee that a particular cast member will be performing on a particular date.
