BalletBoyz' 20th anniversary show to receive televised premiere on BBC Four

BalletBoyz' 20th anniversary production, Deluxe will be broadcast on BBC Four later this week, as part of the BBC's Culture in Quarantine initiative. Deluxe will be televised this Wednesday 27th May, and will be available to watch on BBC iPlayer for a further 28 days.

Deluxe was filmed at the beginning of BalletBoyz' 20th anniversary tour at Sadler's Wells, with the filmed production launching Sadler's Wells Facebook series in March.

Deluxe is made up of two parts: Bradley 4:18 and Ripple. Bradley 4:18 is inspired by Kate Tempest's Picture on a Screen, with each dancer as a different interpretation of 'Bradley'. Ripple explores the importance of feelings evoked from past memories.

Founded by ex-Royal Ballet dancers Michael Nunn and Billy Trevitt in 2000, BalletBoyz are a world-leading male dance troupe. Deluxe is performed by the current company, completed by Joseph Barton, Benjamin Knapper, Harry Price, Liam Riddick, Matthew Sandiford and Will Thompson.
