Abracadabra! A new family-friendly musical, Magical Merlin, will open in the West End later this year. Magical Merlin will play during the October half term, 24 to 30 October, at the Fortune Theatre.

Set in ancient Britain, Magical Merlin follows Merlin who must ensure his powers remain supreme. When King Arthur is born, Arthur’s older sister Morgan le Fay turns people into animals, so Merlin must save the day. Magical Merlin will also feature characters such as Sir Lancelot and Princess Guinevere.

Magical Merlin is written and composed by Will Barnett. The full cast and creative team will be announced at a later date.

The Woman in Black will also play at the Fortune Theatre at the same time as Magical Merlin. Book The Woman in Black tickets on London Theatre.
