Based on the 1990 film of the same name starring Richard Gere and Julia Roberts, Pretty Woman: The Musical follows Vivian Ward and Edward Lewis, a Hollywood sex worker and a wealthy businessman who find themselves falling in love. In a four-star review on London Theatre, our critic said the musical “seek[s] to combine a hard-edged reality with a real romance and happy ending.”

Danny Mac and Aimie Atkinson play Edward and Vivian, joined by Courtney Bowman as Kit, and Andy Barke as Mr. Thompson and the Happy Man.

Oliver Tompsett will take over as Edward Lewis from 4 April. He currently plays Shakespeare in & Juliet.
