The Snowman follows a young boy and a snowman that comes to life as they embark on a winter adventure through the skies. Along the way, they soar through the Northern Lights and eventually meet Father Christmas.

The Snowman play is based on Raymond Briggs’s children’s picture book of the same name, and later adapted into a film. The Snowman on stage features music by Howard Blake, including the song “Walking in the Air” as made popular by Aled Jones.

Bill Alexander directs The Snowman on stge, with design by Ruari Murchison, lighting by Tim Mitchell, and choreography by Robert North.
