Experience a powerful Royal Opera House debut from groundbreaking choreographic duo offering a compelling new perspective on contemporary ballet.
SHOOT THE MOON - Celebrating its 20th anniversary, this work explores relationships and the solitude that lies within them. This ballet is accompanied by Philip Glass' Tirol Concerto, a work of hypnotic piano melodies that has become a cult classic.
SALLE DE DANCE - Originally choreographed as a film by Lightfoot during the pandemic in homage to the balletic art form, this piece will now be recreated by the duo as a world premiere for The Royal Ballet. León and Lightfoot reimagine a dancers daily study of ballet with their uniquely fluid choreographic passion.
