Hay Fever & musical Three Musketeers at Rose Theatre

Two new productions coming up at the Rose Threatre, in Kingston, south London: Hayfever , and musical version of The Three Musketeers.

Hayfever by Noel Coward, opens 28 Sep 2010, following previews from 23 Sep - running to 23 Oct 2010. Directed by Stephen Unwin. Starring Celia Imrie (Judith Bliss), Alexandra Gilbreath (Myra Arundal). Actress Judith Bliss, novelist David Bliss and their two unconventional children, Sorel and Simon, welcome four guests to their country house by the Thames. But misunderstandings mount and the unwitting guests become desperate to flee.

Musical adaptation of The Three Musketeers , opens 3 Dec 2010, following previews from 27 Nov - running to 2 Jan 2011, and then it is expected to have a West End transfer. Music by score by George Stiles. Lyrics by Paul Leigh. Book by Peter Raby with Francis Matthews. Original concept by William Hobbs. Adapted from the classic novel by Alexandre Dumas. Directed by Francis Matthews. Sultry, passionate and full of the heat of Parisian summers, the story of D'Artagnan and his quest to join the legendary Musketeers.
