Based on the blockbuster film, starring Meryl Streep and Anne Hathaway, and the best-selling novel by Lauren Weisberger, The Devil Wears Prada will play at the Dominion Theatre featuring a score by music legend Elton John.

The Devil Wears Prada takes us behind the scenes of the cut-throat fashion industry, following the journey of a young aspiring journalist, Andy Sachs, who lands a job as the assistant to the formidable and impeccably stylish editor-in-chief of a prestigious fashion magazine. As she navigates the demands of her high-powered boss, Miranda Priestly, Andy discovers that the world of high fashion is both alluring and brutal.

The Devil Wears Prada is set to make its London debut in October 2024, following a developmental run in Chicago in 2022. Prior to its London transfer, the production will have an exclusive preview engagement at the Theatre Royal Plymouth.

The Devil Wears Prada features an award-winning creative team led by Elton John (Tammy Faye, Billy Elliot: The Musical, The Lion King), with new direction & choreography by Jerry Mitchell (Kinky Boots, Legally Blonde, Pretty Woman, Hairspray), lyrics by singer-songwriter Shaina Taub (Suffs), book by Kate Wetherhead (Ever After, Submissions Only), set design by Tim Hatley (Life of Pi, Back to the Future), costume design by Gregg Barnes (Some Like It Hot, Legally Blonde), lighting design by Bruno Poet (The Tina Turner Musical, Frankenstein), and sound design by Gareth Owen (Come From Away, & Juliet).

Casting The producer cannot guarantee the appearance of any artist at any specific performance and reserves the right to substitute an alternative artist when required as a result of the indisposition, injury or illness of a member of the performing company of the production.

Vanessa Williams will not be performing on 16 March 2026.

Matt Henry will not be performing from 6-7 March and 14-18 April 2026.

Stevie Doc will not be performing from 30 March – 8 April, 15-20 June, 7 July, 3-5 August and 24-30 September 2026.

Taila Halford will not be performing from 23-25 February, 23-28 March, 6-10 June and 16-18 July 2026.

Vanessa Williams and Matt Henry are scheduled to perform until 17th October 2026.
