World's Wife with Linda Marlow at Trafalgar Studio 11 Jan

The World's Wife, adapted from the poems of Carol Ann Duffy, will be at the Trafalgar Studio 2 Theatre from 11 Jan to 6 Feb 2010, starring Linda Marlow.

This one-woman show is directed by Di Sherlock.

A new stage version of poems that imagine the wives' perspective of famous men through the ages. From Mrs Faust and Frau Freud to Queen Kong and Mrs Midas, this show slices through history and myth, whilst casting an astute glance over the modern world.

Linda Marlow's London stage credits include "Believe" at the New End Theatre in 2008; "The Revenger's Tragedy" at the Southwark Playhouse in 2006; "Berkoff's Women" at the New Ambassadors & Arts Theatre in 2001/02; "900 Oneonta" at New Ambassadors in 1994.
