How do I book these tickets?
If you're eligible, just select an access + companion ticket (or two tickets if you require a companion to attend with you). Maximum two tickets per purchase. If you require more than two tickets for your booking, you'll need to make a separate booking at standard pricing for those attending with you.
What happens after booking?
A member of the event team will contact you before the concert to: Ask for proof of eligibility (e.g., a disability card or similar documentation). Confirm your access needs, like whether you use a wheelchair or need step-free access.
What do I do if there are no wheelchair user or access tickets available when I want to attend?
Unfortunately, because of health and safety reasons we are only able to sell a set number of wheelchair user and access bookings for each event. As such, when these are sold we are unable to accommodate any additional tickets at these prices.
Where will I be seated?
Your seats will be arranged based on your specific needs and the layout of the cathedral. Seating is subject to any restrictions the venue may have, which is why it's not assigned immediately during booking.
