At its centre stands Rodolphe Salis — founder, showman, provocateur. History remembers him as the man who transformed nightlife and modern performance. Tonight, he is determined to create a masterpiece, a show that will ignite a movement and carry the art of cabaret across the world. He has summoned the greatest performers of his age to do so.
The revue erupts around guests: mime and magic, haunting chanson, outrageous comedy, sultry burlesque, and dance numbers full of swirling, ecstatic abandon. Relish in the electric atmosphere as musicians roam between tables, conjuring the spirits of bohemian Montmartre with stand-out musical performances from across the centuries. The glamour of the evening continues with captivating burlesque and enchanting performances.
Enjoy a decadently indulgent Parisian three-course haute cuisine served during the performance. Crafted by Executive Chef Ashley Clarke (Gordon Ramsay Group, Temper, SmokeStak), inspired by original 19th-century Parisian dishes and elevated with modern mastery, it is true time-travel dining — a taste of the culinary movement that shaped modern gastronomy. Sip on 1890s inspired cocktails available to order from the emerald Bar de Absinthe.
