Improv show Austentatious, which sees an improvised Jane Austen novel performed based on audience suggestions, is set to begin a Monday night residency at the Fortune Theatre, it has been announced. Starring a troupe that features comedians such as Cariad Lloyd (A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Gynecologic Oncology Unit), Andrew Hunter Murray (No Such Thing as a Fish), and Rachel Parris (The Mash Report), the troupe take audience suggestions for the title of a ‘lost Jane Austen novel’, before performing it in full regency costume with a live band underscoring the production.

Austentatious is set for regualr Monday night performances at the Fortune Theatre in London's West End.
In each show, the all-star cast improvise a brand new Jane Austen work before your eyes, based only on audience suggestions. Previous 'lost' masterpieces have included Sixth Sense and Sensibility, Double 0 Darcy and Mansfield Shark.
