Cirque Du Soleil's Dralion extends one week to 6 Feb 2005 at the Royal Albert Hall

The show, which opens today 6 Jan 2005 combines avant-garde CIRQUE DU SOLEIL magic with the mysteries of traditional Chinese circus. With rare balletic beauty and a remarkable, effervescent energy, the show gives visual, musical, physical and dramatic expression to the four essential elements of existence Earth, Air, Fire and Water.

The show features 55 artists from ten countries (Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, France, Ivory Coast, Russia, Ukraine, United Kingdom and the United States), including a house troupe of 37 Chinese acrobats. Together they create a spectacle of such extreme physical dexterity, strength and daring that it has the capacity to leave the most hard-bitten adult open-mouthed with awe and wonder.

It is directed by Guy Caron, designed by Stephane Roy , lighting by Luc Lafortune, costumes by Francois Barbeau and choreography by Julie Lachance.
