'Fine' and 'Cupcakes and Carousels' - Lion and Unicorn

The Lion & Unicorn Theatre, a fringe venue in Kentish Town, north London, presents two plays that premiered at the 2011 'Not Part Of' Festival, Manchester.

Fine, by Michelle Ashton, from 2 to 7 Oct 2012. Directed by Karl Barnsley, produced by Messy Dress Productions. Cast includes Jog Maher, Michelle Ashton Will - a counsellor in an FE college - and his fifteen year old student, Lucy. In the confines of Will's office, Lucy is encouraged to be honest about herself; but how much should we reveal to other people?

For newlyweds Ben and Anna, life should be all fun and frolics by the seaside, but a relationship built on lies is a relationship built on sand and madness is lurking in the darkness, all encompassing madness that will destroy everything in its path.
