Tom Frankland performs this tale alongside his father John, inspired by the discovery of suitcases full of letters written by his grandparents that revealed far more than they could possibly imagine about their family lineage. Father and son consider the lives of a couple who lived through two world wars and kept a secret with profound implications hidden from them both for decades, only discovered while reading the letters as they researched material for their first performance together.
