Mullins made their professional debut at 19 as Riff in an international tour of West Side Story. Their international stage credits include playing Mark in Rent, Orpheus in Hadestown, and an original company member of Jagged Little Pill, inspired by Alanis Morisette’s Grammy Award-winning album.

Adapted by Rachel Joyce, Peter Darling, and Katy Rudd from Joyce's hit novel, The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry follows the title retiree as he goes on an over-600-mile walk to see an old friend with cancer. The musical adaptation features a score by indie musician Passenger and direction by Rudd.

The show also includes design by Samuel Wyer; choreography by Tom Jackson Greaves; arrangements, orchestrations, and additional music by Jeremy Holland-Smith; musical supervision and additional music by Phil Bateman; lighting design by Paule Constable; sound design by Ian Dickinson and Gareth Tucker for Autograph; video design by Ash J Woodward; musical direction by Chris Poon; and dramaturgy by Nick Sidi.

The Harold Fry musical premiered at the Chichester Festival Theatre, and Addy and Russell reprise their roles from that production.
