These First Ticket Promotional Offer Terms are in addition to, and should be read in conjunction with, the LondonTheatre.co.uk standard terms and conditions, which can be found at londontheatre.co.uk/info/terms-and-conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Promo Terms and the LondonTheatre.co.uk Terms and Conditions, these Promo Terms shall prevail.

HOW TO REDEEM

Enter code LTWICKED20 at checkout on LondonTheatre.co.uk to save £10 on your first order. The offer is available for new customers only, on their first purchase on LondonTheatre.co.uk. A “new customer” is defined as an individual consumer who has not made a purchase via LondonTheatre.co.uk within the past 24 months via any account. The offer is limited to one use/one redemption per customer. Each code may only be redeemed once, and the offer is locked to the first 100 redemptions. Offer is valid on all ticket types, but cannot be redeemed against gift cards. There is a minimum order value of £15 before discount applies. Valid for purchases of tickets in the UK only, on orders in GBP. Can be combined with existing show discounts or promotions, but cannot be used alongside any other promo code. Discount is applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to an order already placed. This offer has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred. LondonTheatre.co.uk reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend this offer at any time without notice. LondonTheatre.co.uk reserves the right to cancel or void any order where fraudulent or abusive use of this code is suspected (e.g. multiple accounts, resale).

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

The promotional offer will be live from 2:30pm BST on Saturday 26 September 2026 and will remain live until the 100 redemptions have been made or by Saturday 31 October 2026, whichever comes first. 

ELIGIBILITY

This promotional offer is subject to all applicable laws and regulations in England, Scotland, and Wales. The promotional offer is void where prohibited.

CONDITIONS, DISCLAIMERS, AND LICENSE By redeeming this promotional offer, each purchaser agrees to be bound by these Promo Terms and by all decisions of LondonTheatre.co.uk, which shall be final and binding on all matters relating to the promotional offer, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations as well as applicable standard terms and conditions. Nothing in these Promo Terms shall exclude or limit any party’s liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited as a matter of law. 

LondonTheatre.co.uk reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to modify these Promo Terms, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotional offer in the event of unforeseen circumstances, technical failures, fraud, or legal requirements that impact its administration. 

RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION By redeeming the promotional offer, users release and hold harmless LondonTheatre.co.uk, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims and causes of action arising out of participation in the promotional offer, except for any claims or causes of action arising from the Released Parties' negligence or breach of statutory duty. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY The promotional offer is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, except for those implied warranties relating to the satisfactory quality of prizes which cannot be excluded by law. By redeeming the promotional offer, each entrant agrees that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, LondonTheatre.co.uk’s liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the promotional offer shall be limited to the value of the promotional offer. LondonTheatre.co.uk shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, except where such damages arise from its negligence or breach of statutory duty. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit LondonTheatre.co.uk’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited as a matter of law.  

GOVERNING LAW The Offer and these Official Rules are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the substantive laws of England and Wales. 

MISCELLANEOUS Severability: If any of these Promo Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Promo Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties. Headings: Headings and captions are used in these Promo Terms solely for convenience of reference, and shall not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of these Promo Terms or any provision hereof.
