About Snow White

Following the recent successes of Cinderella and Dick Whittington, the traditional London Palladium panto returns legendary West End theatre with Snow White, starring Dawn French making her pantomime debut.

The Palladium is steeped in pantomime history which began back in 1914 with a production of Dick Whittington. Despite being home to many Christmas shows over the festive period, there was no panto at the theatre after 1987, when a production of Babes in the Wood starred Cannon & Ball, Marti Webb and Barbara Windsor. Panto producers Qdos revived panto at the theatre in 2016 with Cinderella, starring Amanda Holden, and followed it up with Dick Whittington the following year.

In 2018, Snow White will run at the London Palladium from 8th December to 13th January, tickets are on sale now.

Snow White will star Dawn French in her maiden panto outing. Best known for playing Geraldine Granger in The Vicar of Dibley, French last appeared in the West End in her one-woman show 30 Million Minutes at the Vaudeville Theatre in 2016. She will play The Wicked Queen in Snow White.

The cast also includes Palladium panto regulars Julian Clary (The Man in the Mirror), Paul Zerdin (Muddles), Nigel Havers (The Understudy) and Gary Wilmot (Mrs Crumble). Dancers Vincent Simone and Flavia Cacace-Mistry, who were professionals on Strictly Come Dancing for many years, will appear as The King and The Queen. Josh Bennett, Simeon Dyer, Craig Garner, Ben Goffe, Jamie John, Blake Lisle and Andrew Martin will appear as The Magnificent Seven.

Snow White tickets are available now for performances run from 8th December 2018 to 13th January 2019.
