Relevant, Great staging, Great acting, Edgy, Absorbing

See it if a potential oliver nominated show with great acting and relevance is your thing

Don’t see it if you prefer traditional Shakespeare

Emotionally engaging, Great acting, Great staging, Epic, Absorbing

See it if you want to see an edgy, epic Othello with strong ensemble performances; one which puts Othello's rise and fall centre stage.

Don’t see it if you find sudden light changes difficult (there are a lot of sudden dark to flashing light transitions)

Entertaining, Funny, Modern, Ambitious, Absorbing

See it if It is a great production of a Shakespeare classic. Some modernisation makes it easier to digest for newbies, considers race in society.

Don’t see it if It's a mix of mostly Shakespearian & some modern language. If you absolutely hate the old English then maybe give it a miss.

Great acting, Relevant, Resonant, Intense, Absorbing

See it if You like to watch a Shakespeare drama with solid acting unlike the genre and gender bending panto nonsense happening lately at the Globe

Don’t see it if You are not into minimalist & brutalist stage productions. All the cast wear black clothes.
