Something wicked this way comes in a new version of the Shakespeare tragedy.

Macbeth - Globe Information

One couple's ruthless quest for power turns nature upside down in Shakespeare’s epic tragedy of Macbeth at the Globe Theatre this summer.

When the universe gives Macbeth a sign that he will become King, he and his wife won't let anyone stop them. Leaving a trail of destruction in their wake, the bodies pile up as the couple cling to power and control.

Following 2022’s ‘mesmerising’ ★★★★★ (WhatsOnStage) The Merchant of Venice in the Sam Wanamaker Playhouse, Director Abigail Graham debuts in the Globe Theatre.

‘Stars, hide your fires. Let not light see my black and deep desires’ Act I, Scene 4
