Titanique is a musical that combines the blockbuster film, Titanic, with the music of Céline Dion to create an unforgettable laugh-out-loud show. The show begins when Céline Dion takes over a tour of the Titanic museum, claiming to have survived the infamous crash and insisting on telling the story of what really happened that night.
The show premiered Off-Broadway in June of 2022 at Asylum Theatre, and in November of 2022, at the Daryl Roth Theatre, finally transferring to Broadway in April 2026. The musical was an immediate hit, earning three 2023 Lucille Lortel Awards, including for Outstanding Musical.
Titanique in London has an expert cast that includes Astrid Harris as Céline Dion, Luke Bayer (Everybody's Talking about Jamie) as Jack, Hiba Elchikhe (Here and Now) as Rose, Darren Bennett (Singin' in the Rain) as Victor Garber / Luigi, Richard Carson as Cal, Carl Mullaney as Ruth, Charlotte Wakefield (The Great British Bake Off Musical) as Molly Brown and Tosh Wanogho-Maud (Dreamgirls) as the Iceberg.
The show also has an expert creative team, including writers Marla Mindelle, Constantine Rousouli, and Tye Blue, who is also the show director. Set design is by Gabriel Hainer Evansohn and Grace Laubacher, costume design is by Alejo Vietti, lighting design is by Paige Seber, sound design is by Lawrence Schober, musical supervision, orchestration, and arrangements are by Nicholas J Connell, and choreography is by Ellenore Scott.
As producer Michael Harrison said, "When I first saw Titanique in New York, I thought it was the funniest show I had ever seen. Every time I have returned since, I have only loved it more, and I was determined to bring it to London so audiences here could also be thrilled by its irresistible joy."
