Musicals by Candlelight invites you to experience some of musical theatre's best-loved songs, reimagined for string quartet and performed by the award-winning Icon Strings in the heart of Covent Garden.
Set within the beautiful surroundings of The Actors' Church, the concert takes place by the glow of hundreds of candles, creating an intimate atmosphere in one of London's most distinctive venues. The programme features a selection of classic and contemporary musical theatre favourites, performed by musicians who regularly perform at iconic venues such as Royal Opera House and the Royal Albert Hall.
From timeless classics to modern hits, Musicals by Candlelight offers a fresh take on some of the stage's most iconic music in a unique candlelit setting.

Beautiful music in an incredible atmosphere
Church seats are uncomfortable however everything else was absolutely perfect. The talent was breathtaking, the atmosphere was wonderful, the song choices were bang on! Loved it so much!!!!
Delightful evening, great timing and flow. The musicians looked passionate, like they were having fun, actually enjoying playing together and loving their craft. So refreshing to see.
