Casting announced for musical Twelfth Night at the Young Vic
Tuesday, July 17, 2018

Casting has been announced for the Young Vic’s upcoming musical production of Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night, which has been co-conceived by new artistic director Kwame Kwei-Armah. Kwei-Armah has conceived the production alongside American musician Shaina Taub, who has provided the music and lyrics to 23 original songs in the show. This version of Twelfth Night, co-directed by Kwei-Armah and Public Theater AD Oskar Eustis, premiered at the Public in 2016 running for just three performances, but is set for a full month’s run in New York this summer as part of the Shakespeare in the Park series.
