A Bit of a Hitch/Waiting On Shakespeare - Michael Harry

English Theatre Company (ETC) presents two comedies by Michael Harry, in repertoire at the Courtyard Theatre's Main House, in Islington, north London, from 2 to 28 July 2013.

Waiting On Shakespeare, directed by Christopher Jefferies, playing Tue, Thu, Sat evenings, Sun matinees. The story of two actors waiting for their playwright. Having called together his players to rehearse a performance in front of an important prospective patron Queen Elizabeth Shakespeare, is nowhere to be found. This farce dwells in the in-between times for these two waiting actors, who whilst waiting, are urged into existential questioning.

A Bit of A Hitch, directed by Michael Harry, playing Wed, Fri and Sun evenings. Drawing on the famous scenes of Hitchcock's best-loved works. The three-person cast plays multiple characters, steering the audience through classic Hitchcockian moments, though not always in quite the way you might remember!
