A musical adaptation of Enid Blyton's The Famous Five , will be at the Tabard Theatre, a Fringe venue in Chiswick, west London, from 8 Dec 2009 to 10 Jan 2010.

It is adapted by Richard Williams, with music by Leon Parris. Directed by Russell Labey.

With lashings of ginger beer and ham sandwiches, the five go on an adventure through lost caves, Kirrin island, sunken ships and abandoned treasure. A company of six actors will recreate Julian, Dick, Ann, George and of course Timmy the dog in a magical fantastical world far away.
