‘A Night at the Musicals’ concert series coming to Southwark Playhouse

Jenna Russell will join Christina Modestou on stage later this month.

Ahead of in-person and virtual performances of the A Night at the Musicals concert series at Southwark Playhouse, full casting has been confirmed. Those performing include Jenna Russell, set to join Christina Modestou on 25 October, with tickets available here.

Russell is best known for her Olivier Award-winning performance in Sunday in the Park with George as Dot. Recently, she starred as Francesca in the UK premiere of The Bridges of Madison County at the Menier Chocolate Factory, but has also performed in Fun Home and Grey Gardens.

A Night at the Musicals is a concert series led by Christina Modestou, who can be heard on the Six cast recording as Anne Boleyn. Throughout the series, she'll be joined by West End stars including:

- Hamilton's Waylon Jacobs on 11 October.

- & Juliet's Oliver Tompsett on 18 October.

- Be More Chill's Renée Lamb on 1 November.

Performances can be attended in person, or live streamed via Southwark Playhouse.

A Night at the Musicals is at Southwark Playhouse from 11 October - 1 November.
