Bear by Andy McNamee at Old Red Lion Theatre

Adam Paulden and Matt Leventhall for Paulden Hall Productions present Bear written and directed by Andy McNamee, at the Old Red Lion Theatre, a fringe venue in Angel, north London, from 28 Jan to 22 Feb 2014.

The play, which will receive its world premiere at the Old Red Lion Theatre, is an interactive show where the audience are asked to connect with the action on stage.

Bear is about the tragedy of a woman who gave birth to a grizzly bear. Two parents did not expect a baby grizzly bear, but he's coming.... he's coming with hair, claws and teeth! Their families are afraid and the medical community is up in arms. The media smell an amazing story. How do you respond? A story about love, shame, forgiveness, guilt, pride and parenthood.
