KPS Productions, Three's Company and James Seabright have announced that the new comedy Boris: World King will run at the Trafalgar Studios 2 in London's West End, following a successful run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2015.

The London production will run from 19 April to 14 May 2016, with an official opening on 21 April 2016.

Written by Tom Crawshaw, this comedy is performed by David Benson (Boris Johnson) and Alice McCarthy, with direction by Yaz Al-Shaater.

"With his days as Mayor of London numbered, Britain's favourite comedy politician casts himself in another leading role: the star of his own West End show. This comedy sees the thinking man's idiot wobbling on the brink of power and packs in pay-as-you-go bikes, wiff-waff, and an ancient Greek lecture for good measure. Before long, verbal slips, trips and divine interruption cue a new battle - for his very political existence."

Tickets for the production are now on sale.
