What-a-Charming Theatre Company will present Charming - a Farcical Fairy Tale at the Old Red Lion Theatre in Islington, north London from 9 December to 3 January 2015, with an official opening on 10 December 2014.

"Once upon a time, in a land far, far away (otherwise known as France), four not-so charming princes gather to propose a wager: Whoever shall be the first to marry will take the throne. Simple enough, and for four young handsome princes, what could possibly go wrong? Well in a world where true love is a mere fable, let's start with one misplaced shoe, a remarkably tenacious coma, one lady of uncertain age, a persistent ex 'friend', and not to mention the in-laws? but who needs happily ever after anyway?"

The production, written and directed by Ross Howard, originally ran as part of the Camden Fringe Festival. Featuring slapstick humour, fast-paced dialogue and puppetry, this is aimed at "family, friends, co-workers, enemies and even your one true love!".

'What-A-Charming Theatre Company' are dedicated to the nurturing and exposing of new raw talent and looks to give hard-working rising stars opportunities where competition is otherwise fierce.
