Stage One Bursary Award recipient Robin Rayner in association with David Adkin will present and Dogs of War by Tim Foley at the Old Red Lion Theatre in Islington, north London, from 26 May to 20 June 2015 with an official opening on 28 May 2015.

"The Herming family have moved to rural Northern Ireland - also known as the middle of nowhere. The Dad makes stuff in his shed, the Mam pops pills in her armchair, and Johnny the son avoids them both as much as possible. So far, so normal. But when Johnny comes home from university, everything has gone a little strange."

Tim Foley has written four plays for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival: 'Newton's Cauldron', 'Scene of The Titans', 'The Goddess of Walnuts' and 'Meat'. Dogs of War marks his London Debut.

Director Tom O'Brien's recent credits include 'The Fastest Clock In The Universe', The UK tours of 'Our Friends, The Enemy' and 'The Wedding Singer' (The Lowry).

Casting for the production is yet to be announced. Tickets are now on sale.
