It Wasn't Me It Was Bennett Arron - New End 27 Feb

Silly Papi productions presents It Wasn't Me It Was Bennett Arron, written and performed by Bennett Arron at the New End Theatre in Hampstead north London, from 27 Feb to 15 Mar 2010

Comedian Bennett Arron was in serious debt. He owed thousands of pounds to mobile phone companies, catalogues and department stores. Only it wasn't him. Bennett was a victim of Identity Theft. Bennett talks about his experience and explores with humour and pathos the devastating repercussions of this so called 'Victimless Crime.' In Bennett's own case, he lost everything and he and his pregnant wife became penniless and homeless - which isn't necessarily the funniest part of the show!
