Joseph extends to 28 Feb 2004

Tim Rice & Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, has been extended by 7 months and is now taking bookings to 28 Feb 2004

The show, which features former Boyzone Stephen Gately as 'Joseph', opened to good notices from the popular press earlier this month: THE GUARDIAN says,"Full of bare-faced cheek and a highly developed sense of fun." FINANCIAL TIMES says, "Enjoyably brash and cheeky staging." THE INDEPENDENT says, "Wonderfully warm-hearted, scenically lavish, and deliriously droll revival." THE STAGE says, "An enjoyable experience ....top-notch production."

This show is the touring production by Bill Kenwright, who also directs! It is designed by Sean Cavanagh, choreographed by Henry Matcalfe with lighting by Nick Richings.

The musical retells the biblical story of Joseph, his eleven brothers and the coat of many colors.
