Judi Dench and Charles Dance to appear in conversation series at the Theatre Royal Haymarket

A new series of events at the Theatre Royal Haymarket will feature guest speakers discussing their experiences in theatre, as well as performances by esteemed British laureates. 

Sunday Encounters at the Haymarket is an upcoming series conversations held at the Theatre Royal Haymarket, allowing audience members to find out more about the lives and careers of some of the biggest names in theatre.

There will be 11 separate events making up Sunday Encounters at the Haymarket, with a line up of guest speakers including Patti LuPone, Charles Dance and Derek Jacobi.

Currently starring in Company, LuPone will open the series on 10th March, speaking with Edward Seckerson about her career. On 17th March, Judi Dench will talk with Gyles Brandreth about her performances across stage and screen.

Simon Schama will close the series, bringing his new tour Wordy to the theatre as he explores the meaning of words, sounds and poetry.

10th March: Patti LuPone in conversation with Edward Seckerson
17th March: Dame Judi Dench in conversation with Gyles Brandreth
17th March: An Evening With Charles Dance
24th March: Kerry Ellis: An Evening of Music and Moments
31st March: An Evening with Jason Robert Brown and special guest
7th April: Anne Reid interviews Derek Jacobi
5th May: Dame Patricia Routledge: Facing the Music - A Life in Musical Theatre
5th May: 75th Anniversary Tour of Michael Morpurgo.
12th May: Mischa Glenny: McMafia
12th May: Carlos Acosta in conversation with Mike Parkinson Jr
2nd June: Simon Schama

Sunday Encounters at the Haymarket will take place on selected Sundays at the Theatre Royal Haymarket from 10th March to 2nd June.
