Sherlock Holmes virtual immersive adventure extends run
Audiences can now solve mysteries to March 2021.
UPDATE: Casting for The Case of the Hung Parliament has been announced. Richard Holt will play Sherlock Holmes, joined by Amy Adele, Miranda Heath, Yasmin Keita, James Marlowe, Michele Moran and Oliver Tilney.
With the news that England has entered a third national lockdown, it's looking unlikely that anyone will be heading to the theatre in the near future. However, there's immersive, virtual theatre to look forward to online, as a Sherlock Holmes-inspired show has extended its run. The Case of The Hung Parliament will now play from 27 January to 10 March.
Set in Victorian London, audiences have to solve a trio of political murders in 75 minutes, using Sherlocks's infamous powers of deduction. During the performance, audiences can interview suspects, read reports and search for clues to find the murderer's identity.
The Case of the Hung Parliament is written by Oliver Lansley and Anthony Spargo. The production is a collaboration between Les Enfants Terribles and LIVR, a virtual reality company.
The Case of the Hung Parliament is available from 27 January to 10 March, with more information available here.
