Ford Transit Productions presents Simpatico by Sam Shepard at the Tabard Theatre from 2 to 26 September 2015.

Directed by Will Birch, the production will feature design by Carmen Mueck and lighting by Martin Bristow.

"Carter will pay whatever Vinnie asks for his silence and has done for years. But now, when Vinnie summons Carter back to their childhood town where Vinnie is still living, he reveals he has gotten himself into trouble with the law with his latest love interest, Cecilia, and asks Carter to bail him out before the truth about their past comes to light. High society meets low life in the slippery netherworld of thoroughbred racing where their involvement in a horse racing scam, which resulted in the ruin of an innocent man, comes to light."

Sam Shepard received the Pulitzer Prize for Drama in 1979 for his play 'Buried Child'. His plays include 'Icarus's Mother', 'La Turista', 'Cowboy Mouth', 'True West', and 'Fool for Love'.
